Ring sizing

Use a ring sizer or compare with a ring that fits the intended finger. Check the sizing system offered in the product options and ask if it is unclear. Fingers can change size during the day; avoid measuring when unusually cold or swollen. A photograph is not a reliable guide to ring diameter. Do not assume a ring is adjustable or that resizing is included.

Necklace length and pendant size

Compare the listed chain length with a necklace you already wear, or use a soft tape to consider where a pendant would sit. Note any pendant measurements separately from chain length. An extender, adjustable chain or extra chain is included only if the listing says so. When layering necklaces, compare lengths and clasp positions so the pieces can sit separately.

Bracelet fit

Measure your wrist with a flexible tape and compare it with the stated bracelet length and fastening. Your preferred fit and the design matter: a rigid shape and a fine chain will feel different. Do not assume a universal amount of extra length or that every bracelet is adjustable. Contact us if the inner dimensions or extender details are missing.

Earring dimensions and fastenings

Check hoop diameter, drop length, pearl size and fastening details where provided. A close-up photograph makes small pieces appear larger. Confirm whether the item includes a pair, a single earring or other components when quantity is unclear. Material descriptions for the post and decorative body may differ.

When buying a gift

If possible, compare a piece the recipient already wears and note the preferred finish, proportions and fit. Do not guess a ring size from a photo. Check the return conditions and arrival estimates before ordering for a fixed date; free resizing, gift packaging and guaranteed gift-date delivery are not automatically included.
