Order processing

Allow 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Estimated transit time

After dispatch, estimated transit time is 4–7 business days. Processing and transit are separate periods. These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders ship from the United States. After dispatch, tracking details are sent to the email address used for your order. Carrier and tracking availability depend on the shipment.

Address changes and delays

Contact support@selunora.com as soon as possible if an address needs correcting. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. Contact us if tracking indicates a problem or a package has not arrived within the expected period.
